Oh how I LOVE these baby legs!

There is just something about Olivia's chubby little legs that make me smile! Especially when they are clad in baby legs. She was brushing her teeth in the bathroom and kept getting up on her toes. I just kept laughing because her feet were just too cute! So I grabbed the camera and snapped a couple pictures. Just looking at her feet you can tell she was trying to see herself in the mirror! :) Gosh I love my girl!

First day of outside play!

The girls were very excited to be able to finally play outside for a short while on Tuesday (April 22). Olivia's new love is swinging & sliding. Both of which K'bree is ALL to happy to help her with. It was great to see a hint of summer around the corner. We haven't been able to play outside since because of rain, snow, and wind. But we are hoping for more play days outside very soon!

Happy Birthday Mom!!!

Today was my wonderful mother's birthday! I told her today she was 51 years young. I have not seen her this happy in sooo many years! She has a wonderful new man in her life, Diale, who makes her smile all the time. She is like a ray of sunshine lately & I feel like I'm basking in her glow. I'm totally fine with that! Her happiness makes me happy! My lovely mother is one of the most giving and selfless people I know. She is my personal hero! I love you mom! Happy Birthday! You hunka hunka burning...cake?! (snicker) :)

Did I just see a BFP?!

Yup! I sure did! I was very shocked and tickled to see a BIG FAT POSITIVE on the pregnancy test on April 3rd. I'm pretty sure Dan was more shocked than I was! He was speechless for several minutes & then just kept shaking his head and chuckling. What great timing we have!

I guess there is nothing better to do when your husband is away at BCT than baking a baby!!! As of tonight (April 15th) I am almost 6 weeks pregnant. I'm still nervous about all the things that can go wrong in early pregnancy, but I feel very positive about this pregnancy & I feel that I am baking our first son! Only time will show if I am right!! I can't wait to get to know this "little bean"! :)

What a busy month March was

Phew! March was a wirlwind of changes for the Humpherys Family. Early in March Dan decided that he needed a change of occupation. He didn't turn to the want ads though, oh no! He turned to the Army! On March 28th Dan swore into the Army and on April 7th Dan left Idaho Falls to go to his training.

Our biggest surprise in the last month was on April 3rd at 11pm when we found out that we were pregnant with our second baby! I, of course, was just over the moon. Dan was shocked as could be. How funny is that for timing?!

Things are only going to be busier from here! At 6 weeks pregnant, I am very tired all the time & Olivia doesn't seem to want to let mommy rest any time soon, geesh! Toddlers! What to do with them! :)
